Picnic in the Park

A lovely free afternoon in the park with local families, music, hoses and eggs.

Our volunteer Fire Brigade came along and entertained the kids with their Escape Route blow up, powerful hoses - initially targeted, but devolving into a soaking spectacular as the afternoon sun bore down.Serenaded by excellent local musicians we had sack races, egg and spoon, egg throwing - all the best fun in the sun activities!
